You book the alteration on raffu.com and see the fixed price upfront. A nearby partner studio accepts your order, you travel to that studio with your garment, the tailor measures and alters it in the studio, and then hands the finished garment over to you there.
Every alteration takes place at a professional partner studio. After a nearby studio accepts your booking, you visit it for your fitting and collect the finished garment from the same studio. Studios are equipped with specialized machines—like blindstitchers for cuffs, chainstitch units for denim, and steam presses—for a clean, durable finish.
Your tailor does. When you visit the studio, the tailor measures and pins your garments in person during your fitting. You can also bring a garment that already fits you well for the tailor to match.
